The buying process was superb, efficient and very professional. Unfortunately, I was talked into buying a Vehicle Service Agreement that did not provide the length of coverage that I was assured it w professional. Unfortunately, I was talked into buying a Vehicle Service Agreement that did not provide the length of coverage that I was assured it would. That’s not a big problem because it can be cancelled. The experience that really soured an otherwise “. Excellent Experience” was the lack of communication regarding DMV fees that would be owed after the purchase. I received a nasty and unexpected surprise charge on my credit card two weeks after completing the deal. Better communication would have made all of this a much better experience in the end. More
