But this message is to give you top Recognition - your mannerism, professionalism, sense of humor and most of all your knowledge of the business helped close the deal. The negotiation went well and was not easy! And you remained cool and followed through and delivered. Customer service industry is not easy !! It takes thick skin dealing with customers especially buying a car - we both know Aurora had her own business for over 35 years in the dental field and I owned restaurant’s. The transaction of buying the vehicle was ok. The only thing I recommend people that going to buy cars from here is double check and triple check your name, date if birth, address and all the information. thing I recommend people that going to buy cars from here is double check and triple check your name, date if birth, address and all the information. They spelled my name wrong and my address wrong, I told them and it didn’t get fix and the address is on the registration and made it very very difficult for fix later on. I was not happy about it at all, kinda was very disappointed about it. Very careless people even though you told them it was wrong. More
