Fabian was on top of my call from the start. I had initially been interested in the new green color and even though he didn’t have it in stock he invited me to come down to see a model with similar op initially been interested in the new green color and even though he didn’t have it in stock he invited me to come down to see a model with similar options in the 2021. We actually decided to go with the one he showed me in slate grey. He was very helpful without being pushy. The day of the purchase I also worked with Richie? Reggie? Couldn’t hear well through his mask. He too was friendly, presented everything available without pushing. Having purchased 3 Lexus cars in the past we knew what we wanted.
