I was lied to and tricked by your finance manager and possibly the salesperson. I was told one amount in the phone fir my monthly payment and then the sales manager, did a bate and switch and increased t possibly the salesperson. Totally unsatisfied with service Brought my SUV three times within 6 months due to defective battery. AAA techs who jumpstarted battery showed that it was defective and needed replace Brought my SUV three times within 6 months due to defective battery. AAA techs who jumpstarted battery showed that it was defective and needed replacement. On three occasions service department that battery was fine. Monday, June 1, I requested replacement of battery and I paid $150, your dealership should have replaced the battery free because I have less than 8,000 miles . More
