The experience that really soured an otherwise “. Excellent Experience” was the lack of communication regarding DMV fees that would be owed after the purchase. I received a nasty and unexpected surprise charge on my credit card two weeks after completing the deal. Better communication would have made all of this a much better experience in the end. More
