Awesome experience!! It's been a while since I've purchased a car, my last couple times weren't they best. I went to the Kia dealership in Ocala yesterday and I can't say enough about them. From the sales guy, his name is Fabio Neal to the finance guy, Pete Palys. I was able to get an AMAZING warranty thank you, Pete. I LOVE my new Kia Sportage. Fabio went above and beyond to make sure I got the SUV I wanted. He was very patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. If you're looking for a new car stop by Jenkins Kia in Ocala before you buy anywhere else. They make you feel like family while you're there!! Thank you Jenkins Kia of Ocala!! More

Fabio Neal is Fabulous We had the great pleasure of meeting Fabio Neal at Jenkins Kia. I had printed off the car I wanted with just the right feature (a 2 inch hitch) (yeah We had the great pleasure of meeting Fabio Neal at Jenkins Kia. I had printed off the car I wanted with just the right feature (a 2 inch hitch) (yeah I know). Who buys a car for a hitch? This girl! Fabio got the car, we did a test drive. My husband, an automotive / mechanical engineer, was impressed with the transmission set up, shift, power, smoothness and ride. I thought the seat was very comfortable, loved the industrial coloring, textures, and instrumentation. It even has a wiper display to tell you what they are doing and how to turn them off. I loved the great visibility through all the glass and how easily the side mirrors set up. Setting up for my camping trip, was fast and easily. The six fioot Clam fits in just fine. The back up camera has great visibility and adjusts a projection as you turn the wheel. It has a red line to know when you are just over the hitch. So fast and easy to hitch the Kia. I stow the hitch in with the convenient jack storage. Silky and I are on for a great adventure. More

Very Pleased with purchase! Had owned a KIA Sorrento for 8 yrs and it was time for a new one. Ventured into Jenkins Kia in Ocala and were greeted immediately. Our salesman, Fab Had owned a KIA Sorrento for 8 yrs and it was time for a new one. Ventured into Jenkins Kia in Ocala and were greeted immediately. Our salesman, Fabio, asked valid questions, took notes, and then took us for a test drive. When the price discussion started, Fabio made sure to explain financing options. We left with our brand new 2019 Kia Sorrento and are very pleased with it! Both times we bought a car from Jenkins KIA, we have been satisfied with the purchase process and the car. Would highly recommend both the dealer and the KIA Sorrento! More

I was very satisfied with my experience. I was in for service to get my oil changed and Jamie called me in to inform me that I was putting double the amount of miles allowed on my lease car. Great Dealership...except for one thing Fabio is a great salesman and everyone was excellent to deal with including the service department. The only downside is that they have multiple thou Fabio is a great salesman and everyone was excellent to deal with including the service department. The only downside is that they have multiple thousands of dollars of dealer add-ons that if you don't want them it is too late and they can't take them off (for example coatings, etc). I get that the dealership makes money off of the add-ons but when it comes to things like expensive coatings, that should be added at the customers concurrence after the sale of the vehicle. More

Went for service, left with new car Starting using Jenkins Kia in Ocala for service of by 2014 Kia Forte when ownership changed from Palm Kia. There service department was always good with short waits. I went in for service on my Forte, but had in mind about possibly trading due to the rising miles on my car. At first, was looking at an Optima, but was a little more than I wanted to pay. Started looking at another Forte, because frankly, I loved my 2014 Forte, but was considering a larger car for family reasons. Once I inquired about the 2019 Forte S, Gus and Jaime were able to get a deal in the area I was comfortable paying. The process was easy and even when I had to come back later in the night so my wife could sign the paperwork, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would recommending buying a car and the service at Jenkins Kia. More

They in a very no pressure way explained why I should trade my upside down 2017 Kia Soul on a new one based on our lifestyle and driving habits. The way Guy and Jamie presented the facts and numbers made perfect sense to me. So I took this information to my wife 2 days later we made a deal on a new Kia Forte. Great team Guy and Jamie thank you :) More
