We got a great price on our trade-in (not sure who wrote that). Shaina explained all the electronics, Kia Connect, Apple Play features etc. so thoroughly I could have taken a book’s worth of notes. Faith is awesome! She made the entire car buying process fun and enjoyable. When I got there I was very direct with what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Instead of walking around the lot like many other places tried, we went to her office and she showed me my only options. When we walked outside she showed me the closest car and then went to bring my other choices to me so we wouldn't have to walk back and forth across the lot. She made the test drives so comfortable! She laughed and joked and was so informative about the model of Kia we were in. Her friendliness made the paperwork part of the sale a breeze. I already knew I wanted the car the minute I saw it, but it was Faith who truly sold it to me. I would highly recommend her to everyone! In fact my neighbors went to buy a car 2 weeks later and loved her as well. More
