The deal is complete The salesman was outstanding. He was very versed in the car technology and continued above and beyond the call. It was simply enjoyable. This has nothing to do with the salesman or the other processing personnel; however, I was dissatisfied with one of their procedures. The requirement stated in their paperwork was different from that stated in the paperwork. This is perhaps a requirement of Toyota and not the processing person. If fact, he was very efficient and personable. All in all the dealership is a great place to do business if you are in the market for a new car. More
