During the purchase of my vehicle, he told us that several optional add-on products — GAP insurance, a maintenance plan, and a service contract — were required in order to “get the deal,” and that we should wait six months to cancel them to receive a full refund. This is completely misleading. These products are optional, and no dealership should pressure or misrepresent them as mandatory. I later learned the truth and had to return to request cancellations for items that should never have been forced into the deal in the first place. A car purchase should be honest and transparent, not filled with pressure tactics or misinformation. Customers deserve straightforward financing without being told they must buy add-ons to complete the sale. I hope management addresses this behavior, because no one else should have to go through the same experience. More

I specifically asked about this feature because it was important to me for safety and theft prevention. They assured me multiple times that the LoJack was included and ready to go. Fast forward a short time later — my car was stolen, and when I contacted LoJack, I was informed that no device had ever been installed on my vehicle. I immediately reached out to the dealership, and since then, it’s been nothing but silence. They refuse to return my calls or respond to my messages, and no one will take responsibility for their false promises. This experience has been stressful, costly, and incredibly frustrating. I trusted this dealership, and they completely failed to deliver what they sold me. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car here to get everything verified in writing and double-check all features before you leave the lot. Dishonesty and lack of accountability like this are unacceptable. More

It was the ability to listen to what we were looking for which was a good lease program with a manageable monthly payment that made him get the business from us. Felix the Finance Manager was also excellent and had a great attitude. All the details were clear and we had a pleasant experience. If the good deals continue, I may go back in the future for another Honda. More

I had my own financing lined up and was prepared for an out-the-door price around $16,200. Here’s what actually happened: • When I arrived, I was told the person I’d been speaking with (Bella) wasn’t even a salesperson, just an internet lead agent. • After the test drive, the purchase agreement they brought me showed an out-the-door price of ~$20,500. • They added hidden junk fees not disclosed upfront: • “Restoration Fee” $1,599 – supposedly for reconditioning trade-ins. That’s their cost of doing business, not mine. • “LoJack/Permaguard Fee” $1,999 – forced add-ons they admitted are put on every car, whether the buyer wants them or not. • When I objected, management doubled down and then claimed their listed prices only apply if you finance through them — directly contradicting what I was told before I came. In short: the $13,490 listing was bait. By the time they pile on mandatory add-ons and surprise fees, the car costs the same as anywhere else — except you waste hours driving down there and dealing with high-pressure tactics. I shook their hands, walked out, and will never return. Buyers deserve honesty and transparency, not games and hidden fees. Largo Honda is everything wrong with car dealerships rolled into one.
