Tire rotation and car wash is supposed to be included with an oil change. This is the 2nd oil change I’ve gotten at Chevy Webb and they did not provide full service. The first time I left a complaint the with an oil change. This is the 2nd oil change I’ve gotten at Chevy Webb and they did not provide full service. The first time I left a complaint the service person Favian called me and aggressively expressed how upset he was about my compliant.. he stated im keeping money out of his pockets! I call to report his behavior to Mike, left many voicemails with him and still to this day no response. Some of the employees that is representing Chevy Webb is not doing a great job representing the brand. More

They were very friendly and welcoming as a first time customer there. They communicated with me on everything that needs to be done with my vehicle but was not pressured to get all maintenance issues fix customer there.
