I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Thomas CDJR last week. I had called ahead to let them know I was interested in the vehicle, as I’m from out of state. The service advisor didn't tell me how much it would cost to fix my car until after it was done. I can't trust someone who forces service without my consent. While I was talking to a sales person the same se to fix my car until after it was done. I can't trust someone who forces service without my consent. While I was talking to a sales person the same service advisor interrupted my conversation without even saying excuse me. That was rude and inconsiderate to me and the sales person that I was talking to. I don't go to places that make me feel uncomfortable. The service advisor also tried to get me service that I didn't need. The sales person made me feel welcomed while the service advisor made me feel like she thought that I was a moron. The name on my receipt shows that Kristina Melago was the service advisor. More
