Felipe is not a very good people person and got frustrated with me when I was calling in to get a status update on my car which was held for 1 week without a single diagnostic run on it. Felipe doesn't seem to like when asked questions. I dropped off my car for a repair and was informed a diagnostic would take about two days. Whenever I would call for updates, Mr. Fransisco's tone wa I dropped off my car for a repair and was informed a diagnostic would take about two days. Whenever I would call for updates, Mr. Fransisco's tone was that of someone being inconvenienced or annoyed at the fact that I'm calling at all. 7 days passed and not only had there not been a diagnostic, the car was parked in a lot over a mile away from the dealer. It's location was not moved and I know this because I have a GPS/LTE powered dashcam which confirmed the car has sat for 7 days straight. My final call was to come pick up the vehicle and take it back. Even for pickup, I was courteous and I said "I'll bring it by when you guys have less work backed up" to which Mr. Francisco responded "it's going to be like this every time you come here" I also noticed he treats the porters very poorly raising his voice at them which is absolutely unacceptable. Even if someone makes a mistake you don't talk to them the way he does. I personally will not step foot in this dealership again so long as this man works here and especially since he is one of the managers in the service department. The porter gentleman that gave me my car back and the woman that handled my loaner vehicle are absolute gems of people and I have nothing but praise for them. More
