Let me start by saying that Felipe was truly heaven-sent. In fact, my last visit there was terrible, so I honestly didn’t expect much when I stopped by this time due to issues with my car not starting. I walked in mentally prepared for the usual struggle at the service counter… but then I met Felipe, and everything changed. He was kind, calm, and incredibly helpful right from the start. He instantly reassured me with a “Relax, we’ve got you” energy and it was exactly what I needed. He kept me updated the entire time. While I waited, I walked around and looked at some cars, and before I knew it, he let me know my car was ready. The whole process was seamless. No stress, no confusion, no pushy energy. That gut feeling of anxiety I had walking in? Completely gone. I genuinely told him, “Thank you for making this so easy.” As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, walking into a dealership often feels like entering a shark tank. Felipe made me feel safe, respected, and taken care of (and that’s rare). I will absolutely be coming back and only working with Felipe. His attitude, personality, and customer service are a solid 10/10. I also recently learned that you can request to stick with the same service advisor… which I’ll definitely be doing from now on.
