I had an excellent experience at Kendall Dodge, and a huge part of that was thanks Felipe. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with huge part of that was thanks Felipe. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Fillipe went above and beyond to ensure the truck was exactly what I was looking for and that the deal made sense. His honesty, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude really stood out. I went in to get my car serviced November 2, 2025. My car was present at the shop until January 2, 2026. When trying to get in contact with Felipe Service advisor, barely respond with any updates or c My car was present at the shop until January 2, 2026. When trying to get in contact with Felipe Service advisor, barely respond with any updates or concerns of the vehicle. I told him everything was wrong with my car upon dropping it off, but yet no oil change didn’t examine the front end still shaking while driving I always have a great time and experience When dealing with this particular dealership. but this time was a lot different. The service time was ridiculous. The response times to my concerns was totally ridiculous and I would not recommend anyone to service advisor. Felipe. I totally believe that he’s a great guy, but I just was the wrong customer I could be wrong, but that’s how I feel More
