Unfortunately it was bad. It took more than 3 days to diagnose the problem. Price was too expensive (battery charged double of the price compared to other stores); Service It took more than 3 days to diagnose the problem. Price was too expensive (battery charged double of the price compared to other stores); Service also unacceptable charged 200 dólares to change the battery only, At last, Mr Felipe did not told or explained the additional 61 dollars charged as whatever description for the service. Service Manager was polite and professional. Listened to my needs. Needed to return vehicle after first visit as one issue wasn’t fixed. Upon 2nd pickup, the issue remained not fixed. They didn’t test the vehicle for the actual problem. They decided to replaced my tires and say the problem was corrected when it wasn’t.
