Process took more than 5 hours but was ok - a lot of waiting though. We also had to wait for the car to be washed and have some gas added……. Didn’t get the car washed because we didn’t want to wait a waiting though. We also had to wait for the car to be washed and have some gas added……. Didn’t get the car washed because we didn’t want to wait another 20 min. Got gas but it wasn’t filled - only about 1/3 of a tank. You would think if we didn’t get a car wash because of how long it took, we would have at least gotten a fill up? We spent $43k… Matt, the sales person was great - he tried to move things along and introduced the car well More

I leased a 2021 Honda civic from downtown Honda for my daughter a few years back. The car has been a great deal and value, very inexpensive to maintain and reliable. I went back yesterday and got a 2024 civic because of how Smooth and easy the transaction was. Our sales rep JACKIE, was the best! Very helpful, made car buying experience easy.
