Went in for a key replacement, came out with a new car! I went in to Steve Landers Toyota to get a lost key replaced on my 2016 Corolla, and ended up trading it in for a new 2020 Corolla SE! It’s amazing how much the technology has changed in 4 years! So many new safety features, stying, and even better gas mileage than my 2016 Corolla.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Felix Gutierrez was my salesman and was so thorough and helpful with explaining all of the car’s new safety features. He always had a friendly smile, and makes you feel very comfortable. I’m very happy with my new white SPORTY 2020 TOYOTA COROLLA SE. And Felix was the best! Thank you for all of your help and patience! More

Fast and Friendly I thought my husband had made an appointment for me because he told me to have my car to the service center by 8 on Saturday. I went in and found out I thought my husband had made an appointment for me because he told me to have my car to the service center by 8 on Saturday. I went in and found out he did not make an appointment. The friendly service man told me it would be a long wait. I knew I wouldn’t have time during the week to get back so I was offered an appointment for next Saturday. I knew that would be better than sitting there several hours. I made the appointment and left. Both men at the service counters were extremely nice. My car was pulled up to where I could easily exit. I left the dealership. I drove a few miles and received a phone call from the service center. Very nicely the man explained that I could bring my car back and have it serviced because they were quickly caught up and able to fit me in. I was surprised and thankful. I went back with my book in tow for the wait. I sat in the waiting area- which had comfy seats, drinks and donuts. A read a bit and her the service man comes to tell me they were finished. This was my first visit. I am impressed with the friendliness and concern for the customers. They did not have to call me back for my service and have one less customer to worry with. But they DID! And treated me like I was the only customer which I was not. Now I am happy that I made the switch from GMC to Toyota! More
