This is a great dealership! My salesman was Felix Gutierrez and I highly recommend him. I came from out of state to buy a vehicle here and Felix made it extremely easy. When I arrived all of the pape Gutierrez and I highly recommend him. I came from out of state to buy a vehicle here and Felix made it extremely easy. When I arrived all of the paperwork was completed and all I had to do was sign and return home with my new vehicle. More

I purchased RAV 4 XSE hybrid 2019. When I decided not to continue extra warranty n gap pay insurance- I was told that I have to wait till my first monthly or later before they can process it which is comple continue extra warranty n gap pay insurance- I was told that I have to wait till my first monthly or later before they can process it which is completely opposite to timeline mentioned on the document itself which I signed - said 2-3 weeks process time. Additionally if Finance Manager doesn’t like my decision of discontinuing extra warranty he still is bound to do it in timely manner and not tell me that I shall wait and pay my monthly $599.00 for two months instead of reducing it to $500.00 per month. Also it’s not nice to walk some one out of his office instead of being helpful. I’ve really good experience while working with Caleb n Felix and had no issues what so ever. All I request is to please cancel extra insurance ( gap & warranty) and have my monthly set back to $506.00 as agreed on Jan 7 with Felix n Caleb. Thank you for reading. Regards, RJ More

Warranty service and oil change On Thursday November the 14 I made an appointment to have my old changed at 11:30 at 1220 I asked if my car had started be in service jand they advise On Thursday November the 14 I made an appointment to have my old changed at 11:30 at 1220 I asked if my car had started be in service jand they advised me that they still had 3 or 4 more customers ahead of me. I don't understand why customers that make appointments doesn't have service started shortly after your arrival and you're expected to wait for long periods of time for your car to be serviced? More
