Excellent all around I have been going to Stohlman Subaru for service of my old Forester since they were in Herndon. Their new location is a bit further from me, but it is I have been going to Stohlman Subaru for service of my old Forester since they were in Herndon. Their new location is a bit further from me, but it is quite large and beautiful. I always have excellent dealings with the service department (Tom, Nick, and Heather are always so helpful). When Subaru came out with the new Ascent we were interested and finally got to see how their sales side was handled. We worked with Fernando through the whole process and he was great. Fernando took a lot of time with us before we placed our pre-order. He tried to give us as good of an idea as he could of the new Ascent without even having one to show. Fernando always worked to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!) He was great about keeping us updated on the status of our pre-order, even if nothing had changed. I will also say that I'm sure there will be some learning curves with a new vehicle, however Fernando was great about getting us things that were promised early on. We just took possession of our Ascent this past week and once again Fernando was super helpful. He showed us all of the features and walked us through everything and was very knowledgeable about such a new car. We weren't super happy or impressed with the "business" side of things (the business manager). But, I guess that is par for the course on back room car sales. Overall we were really impressed with Fernando and will definitely go see him when it comes time to replace the Forester! More

Fantastic service with Fernando, best car buying experience! Fernando did an amazing job with helping me to buy my new Forester. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was super responsive Fernando did an amazing job with helping me to buy my new Forester. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was super responsive with emails and calls. He even helped my parents, who came with me to the dealership, with questions about their own 2015 Subaru Outback! He wasn't pushy at all; I felt he was honest and was able to provide all the facts and numbers. After signing all the paperwork, he walked me through every feature of the car, including the EyeSight safety features so you could experience them in action. That was a huge bonus! Very happy with my car buying experience at Stohlman Subaru of Sterling! Can't wait to come back for any scheduled maintenance. More

Fernando is incredibly knowledgeable about the Subaru lines and is thorough in all aspects of the process from test-driving to explaining/teaching the multitude of features to programming Driver 1 & Driver 2 (if your vehicle has that option) to syncing your cell phones to your new car for all those related capabilities. Sam Kasraie made the financial side of everything quick and easy and was a pleasure to work with as well. To say that we would recommend this dealership and these gentleman is an understatement.
