I'm pretty sure the salespeople know more about the cars than the factory does. The facility is spotless, the prices are lower than anyone else in the area, but mostly they just treat you like a friend and do things right the first time at a fair price. More

Their professionalism, detailed customer care, and customer service was met, exceeded, and all around made this process very painless. Words cannot express the heart-felt care that they give you. Love Stohlman of Sterling! This is the third car we have leased from Stohlman. Our first one was in the Herndon location and we loved it. We have had 2 Forresters and our late This is the third car we have leased from Stohlman. Our first one was in the Herndon location and we loved it. We have had 2 Forresters and our latest vehicle is an Outback. These vehicles are very reliable, service is reasonably priced and the staff is amazing. I went in for an oil change the other day and it only took 30 minutes. I waited in a lovely waiting area with free coffee, tea, water.....and could relax knowing I would have my vehicle back shortly. I'm sure when our lease is up in January, 2017, we will look again at Stohlman Subaru. More

I'm a new member of the satisfied Subaru team! I had to buy a new car quickly, and didn't want to mess around. Stohlman stepped up to the challenge, and Fernando was excellent. At one point I called him a true car nerd when he not only knew about the Forester I was interested in, but also about the car I was no longer driving. Low pressure experience all the way around, including Business Manager Anson Sam, and if I remember half of what Fernando showed me about my new car, I'm already way ahead in knowing it. More

To my surprise Fernando was a true PROFESSIONAL!! completed my research and shopping exclusively via the internet and email exchanges. When I received an email from Fernando asking if I was ready to make a purchase I responded with "I am not at all interested in coming into the dealership and having to "play the back and forth game" and unless you can put in writing that you will meet XYZ price we can say good bye." Received an email back with a 24 hour price guarantee!!! Still not completely convinced I went in expecting the "play the back and forth game". The car I was interested in was waiting with my name on it keys in it and set for my test drive. Came back shook Fernandos' hade and completed the paperwork for my car with no pressure no hassle!!! Thanks Fernando and Stohlman Subaru for making this a great car buying experience!! More

After much research, I found that you just can't beat the safety and features of a Subaru for an affordable price. Though many people were at Stohlman Subaru purchasing cars on the days I visited, Fernando still provided my parents and I with attentive service, yet we didn't feel pressured or rushed. After purchasing the car, Fernando took the time to hook my phone up to Bluetooth, explain all of the audio features, and answer any last-minute questions before I drove my Forester off the lot. It was an all-around painless experience and now my parents are considering purchasing their first Subaru, too. More
