Best dealership I've utilized Hadn't been back since 1st purchasing my '13 JX35 used 2yrs ago when I had some minor issues. When I arrived, as before, the red carpet treatment was Hadn't been back since 1st purchasing my '13 JX35 used 2yrs ago when I had some minor issues. When I arrived, as before, the red carpet treatment was given 1st thing, as my treatment was as if I had just pirchased a brand new one. I explained the issues to Fernando Diaz and he right away had a mechanic go with me over the road to check things out. Upon our return I waited in the customer area while they did an initial analysis in the shop. Within an hour Fernandi came to me and he webt over what they had found wrong and what was covered and not. It was somewhat extensive and he assigned a loaner to me, saying it would be a few days. The service and repairs were excellent, and it felt like a brand new car again, even washed and tires shiny. Everything I experienced was as if I was the best customer they had and I couldnt be happier with the results and the individuals involved. Highly recommend anyone buying or servicing any vehicle from Infiniti to bring it here! More

Great customer service , Quick and responsible. I drove out to Norwood to get my car service from Seekonk which is about a 40 minute drive in it so well worth it. The serv , Quick and responsible. Longest wait ever... I usually deal with a different gentlemen when I my vehicle serviced and he is great let’s me know if I have any problems with my vehicle but this ti I usually deal with a different gentlemen when I my vehicle serviced and he is great let’s me know if I have any problems with my vehicle but this time around I worked with a different guy who told me of no problems but I know I have something wrong with the car. The wait was a ridiculous amount of time my apt was at 1pm arrived at 12:30 for a simple oil change and was there until well after 2:30pm. I was never approached to let me know of any delays or anything. More

Excellent work Staff are very efficiency and friendly at Infinity Norwood Service Department. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department e Staff are very efficiency and friendly at Infinity Norwood Service Department. I checked in as soon as I pulled my car inside the service department entrance. I only have to wait for a very short period of time in the waiting lounge and I was informed by Antonio my car will be ready for me to pick up. I am very pleased to say the service and quality work at Infinity Norwood is Excellent and I will highly recommend friends and family to use the service in this dealership. Good Job.
