Always superb service at Infiniti of Norwood I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service. Convenient, efficient, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, refreshments, so I’m I’ve had 3 Infiniti cars and always used Norwood for service. Convenient, efficient, comfortable waiting room with tv, magazines, refreshments, so I’m happy to wait for my car there. Whether it was my 2 pre-owned sedans or my newest car, I can trust Infiniti of Norwood for care. I’ve enjoyed working with salesman Jason Cultera and especially fond of the incredible service of Fernando Diaz, making my experience memorable. More

Best service department! Fast and very helpful. Thanks. I came in for an regular oil change and tire rotation, and mentioned about the possible transmission problem due to hesitation at low speed, about 15 I came in for an regular oil change and tire rotation, and mentioned about the possible transmission problem due to hesitation at low speed, about 15 minutes later the service advisor Fernando Diaz informed me that they were able to reproduce the problem. They gave me a free loaner car and replaced the whole new transmission line under manufacturer guarantee. The car run smooth now. I am really happy. I will definitely purchase another Infiniti again. Many thanks. More

Best infinity service that I have had I am a 3 time infinity owner, this was hands down the best service related experience I have ever had. I ended up getting the breaks done but also was a noise my car was making thye also repaired that. I don’t take my car anywhere else been coming here for 3 years great service More

Looking at the Bigger Picture I brought my car in for an oil change, a quick overview/ check and a slow leak in one tire. I was told the tire sensor would have to be replaced at a cost of $250. I thought it was very shortsighted to give such an outrageous estimate to a customer with a car approaching 100k miles — and someone in all likelihood preparing to buy a new vehicle in the next 6-12 months. Such an outrageous cost for a minor item is a real disincentive for someone who otherwise would seriously think of getting another Infiniti. In such instances, the dealership should look at the bigger picture — perhaps providing a significant price reduction to encourage a customer who has a car that presumably will be replaced in a reasonable time going forward. This suggests there is no “big picture” culture of customer service here. Perhaps they should look less at their service area as its own profit center, and more as a critical component in an overall “repeat customer” culture. Following my protest, the service manager did provide a significant discount on that service but I would feel much better about the dealership — and Infiniti overall — had it done so without my protest. Customer care must be the paramount goal for car dealers these days. More
