Kudos to Fernando! I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and inevitably after the purchase, I never hear from the salesperson again. Not Fernando Morales! I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and inevitably after the purchase, I never hear from the salesperson again. Not Fernando Morales! After I purchased my car, Fernando called me NOT once, but TWICE to see how I liked the car, did I have any questions, etc. This personal touch really made me feel less like a $, and more like an individual. Good salesman Fernando started out process for us knowing we were not ready at that time to purchase. As I played with online sites I checked out Truecar and that's Fernando started out process for us knowing we were not ready at that time to purchase. As I played with online sites I checked out Truecar and that's how Kelsey got involved. With her not being available for pur time frame she passed the sale on to Fernando who did a great job.
