I had seen a car online at their dealership and sent an email requesting some more information. Fernando called me and was very professional and straight forward. I explained to him that I was looking at a certain car they had. He asked me to come look at it and explained that he just had serviced but not cleaned. That didn't bother me at all. Again honest and straight forward. Needless to say, after the test drive and getting the right price: I bought the car. There was no hard sales pitch and no pushing. Both parties agreed on price and the deal was done. Thanks again for taking the time to work with me. Looking forward to doing business in the future with Fernando and Ciocca. More

I called about a vehicle and I was told it was still available and given an appointment time to come see it. When I arrived the vehicle was no longer available and no one was available to assist me at that time, so I left. The next day I received an email from Halley Z. asking how my visit to Subaru was. After learning of my experience she quickly responded with an email apologizing. Within the hour I received a phone call from a sales consultant, (Fernando Santiago Jr}. He apologized for the miscommunication and began to discuss other options in my price range. Fernando was very professional and went above and beyond my expectations of providing me a suitable vehicle in my price range.
