Great deal! I was looking to replace my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe that was totaled in December 2018. Carfax gave me a similar vehicle for sale at a great price. I sch I was looking to replace my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe that was totaled in December 2018. Carfax gave me a similar vehicle for sale at a great price. I scheduled a test drive the same day and purchased a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz that evening. Fernando was a very professional, friendly and helpful, not pushy, salesman. I would highly recommend buying a used or new car from this dealership. Just one suggestion I would like to make is; my gas tank was almost on empty when I left the dealership. Making sure I had even half a tank of gas would have made my overall dealership rating 5 stars. More

I purchased a 2009 Ford Explorer through Ciocca Subaru and the only thing better than the vehicle I bought was the service from the Ciocca staff. From the minute that I walked in the door to the minute I walked out, the service from everyone was top notch. My salesman, Fernando, was excellent with every aspect of the sale. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The finance manager,Ben, was excellent also. No nonsense, no deception, nothing negative. When it looked like I wasn't going to be able to purchase the vehicle with the financing that I thought I was going to get, he found a way for me to do it. and I drove away with my new Explorer. 5 star rating for the entire Ciocca staff. We stopped here at Ciocca Subaru as an obvious place to begin our search. Fernando showed us the one used Cross Trek XV that they had a the time. We really liked it, but we were limited on funds and we were in need of the vehicle. Fernando /dealership offered us a discount and good financing. So, we purchased the vehicle from Fernando.
