Disappointed Received two credit letters: one from TD Bank and PNC indicating I had been declined credit for the car that was purchased. I've never been more embar Received two credit letters: one from TD Bank and PNC indicating I had been declined credit for the car that was purchased. I've never been more embarrassed by these letters. Funny thing is my credit score on one was 861 and other was 854. Mr. Ofori NEVER mentioned that I had been declined by these institutions. If he had I could have filled him in on my credit history. At any rate, I'm 69 years old and I've never in my entire life received letters such as these, so I'm afraid this has soured my experience at Ciocca Subaru and the purchase of my Chevy Cruze. My experience with Mr. Santiago was very fine and would recommend him to anyone. Steven M Smith More

Spoke to Fernando and he informed me it was so my daughter went to look at the car and Fernando was very helpful. We told him We would be back the same evening to purchase the vehicle. He was at the door waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us a nice tour of the facility and we started on the paperwork as he had already sent the car for detailing. We met with the Jimmy in finance and he filled out the appropriate finance papers. Jim came back shortly and we did all the financial paperwork for purchase. Both gentlemen were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We were done in just about 2 hours and on our way.
