Excellent First Time Buying Experience Went to the Ciocca Subaru "bargain corral" to look at a vehicle my son was interested in via his internet searching. Fernando Santiago showed us the Went to the Ciocca Subaru "bargain corral" to look at a vehicle my son was interested in via his internet searching. Fernando Santiago showed us the vehicle and did the whole test ride. I was initially concerned about the vehicle reviews regarding the sluggishness and wanted to take it on the highway for the test drive. He took us right to the highway got off turned around and got right back on. Needless to say the reviews were correct and not the vehicle for him. We then walked through the "corral" and found a few others that fit his vehicle type. Fernando worked with us running back and forth getting us keys and showing us the vehicles and test drives. It was a great experience for my son buying his first used vehicle because working with Fernando there was no pressure to buy nor did it feel like he needed to make a sale for the end of the month/year as we were there 12/31. Fernando worked with the shop to fix a broken interior door handle in order for us to take the vehicle home that day so that we didn't have to come back for a service repair, as we live over an hour away. Overall it was great working with Fernando and would recommend him for your vehicle buying experience. More

Fernando was friendly and courteous through the entire process while not exhibiting 'high pressure' tactics. During the actual purchase of the vehicle, we worked with Jason from finance; he too was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Jason was very personable and made us felt very at ease with the signing of the purchase paperwork. Our experience as a whole was excellent, which is very comforting since this was our third lease/purchase with the Ciocca Subaru family.
