I was frustrated from car nightmares I had experienced earlier that day and surprises I wasn’t aware of that come with buying cars from dealerships rather than private party sellers. He helped me through the process and was very real about everything I asked.. I have only had my car a few days but only good things to report so far. There was an interesting auto on the lot and a very friendly service vendor offered to get a salesperson for me. Mr Fernando Santiago came out to answer my questions. He is very pleasant and professional and I never felt pressured. After sitting with his manager Marcus - also very professional - we were able to arrange a purchase. When the car was ready Mr Santiago personally drove 30 minutes to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. Every person I met there, including the General Manager Shawn was a pleasure to meet and work with. The feeling I came away with was not just purchasing an auto, but a professional dealership as well. I highly recommend anyone auto shopping to definitely include a visit to this dealership. More
