More than just a dealer. I don't even know how to express my gratitude. I went to the Dallas Southwest Kia location to trade in my 2011 SX Turbo for a 2015 K900 that was only I don't even know how to express my gratitude. I went to the Dallas Southwest Kia location to trade in my 2011 SX Turbo for a 2015 K900 that was only $26k and some change. Antonio, Johnathan, Stan, Scott, and Mike were more than helpful. Once I bought it, as soon as I drove off the lot my realtor called me freaking out because we are closing on a home that following week and that I cannot make any purchases. Immediately my heart dropped. I retyrned immediately and broke down in front of Mike and Antonio because I know the rules. They were more empathetic than I expected and you could tell they felt my pain. I explained the situation and asked for their help and they let me cancel straight up because I've been a long time customer. I've never been more scared then more relieved in my life. Like I said. They are more than a dealer. They are a people company and you can honestly tell that they sincerely care about you. I will be back and bring customers your way!!!! More

Best car buying experience! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Fernando was my salesperson and he was AWESOME! He was so helpful and did not try to sale me something I didn't want. He listened to exactly what I wanted and that's what I left the lot with. Clarissa was also great! She corresponded with me over the phone and via email! I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and when the time comes, I'll be back! Dont buy a car here. They just lie. Southwest Kia at 39650 Lyndon B Johnson Freeway is the worst possible place to buy a car. The sales consultant Fernando Silva has a hole in his face that eternally spews xxxxxxxx. He lied about being able to work on the price if we came in, he tried to lie about some law he made up because I asked about the 5 day return guarantee because I wanted to get the car looked at by my mechanic. He lied about the time it would take. He wouldn't take $200 less than the sticker price. Wasted 3 hours of my time. He then lied about having the car paid for by a pre approved chase loan taking 5 days to go through so I'd have to wait 5 days for the car unless I would do financing through them. The employees would make vulgar gestures towards each other when they thought the customers weren't looking. I truly believe this dealership wants to make your car buying experience as unpleasant as possible, waste as much of your time as possible, and take as much of your money as possible. Don't buy a car here. More

From the time we pulled in, the experience was great. This is my 6th new car. My 3rd new Kia. Fernando was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and polite. We bought a Forte. Pearl white. Sweet.
