Fast Deal, Professional Service and Great Price!!!!! In search of a 370Z!!!!! Searching the internet I came across the car I was looking for. After shopping for weeks and finding cars at other dealership In search of a 370Z!!!!! Searching the internet I came across the car I was looking for. After shopping for weeks and finding cars at other dealerships, I found that when I called or stop by they no longer had the car. This was not the case when I called Carl Burger in La Mesa. I spoke with Sam Potres who confirmed they had the car and he would hold it until I get there. What that actually meant is that he moved the car off the main lot in another location so other would not see it, because I had called and said I was on my way. This is one of the things that blew me away! I arrived there and asked for same and within seconds he rolls out with the car, ready for a test drive. On the drive Sam was very knowledgable of the vehicle and explained all the features and benefits of buying a car form CB World. The car was recently marked down and had the price painted on the windshield, no hassle no games. I mentioned to Sam that I was on a time crunch and need to do the deal and drive away in one, max two hours. Sam partnered with his team mainly Fernando and I drive away in my new 370Z in one and a half hours, FANTASTIC!!!!!! I was really impressed with the price, professionalism and service. A local dealer with great service, who appreciate your business. Oh and by the way, they have a custome for life! More

When we finally decided we were going to buy the car but we couldn't figure out how much of a down-payment we could afford to put on the car, Fernando helped as much as he could then called the floor manager David, he was also extremely friendly and helpful. David helped us get the car with no down-payment and we walked out with a great deal, he locked in our price to make sure our monthly payments would not go up for any reason. After sitting down with Fernando V. (also polite and helpful) in the finance dept. we came to find out that our APR rate had gone up (because we are first time buyers), but to our relief he spoke with the sales dept. to further lower the original price on the car so our monthly payments wouldn't go up because of the higher APR rate. I was extremely pleased with the service we received at Carl Burgers. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, as a matter of fact we plan on buying another car from them soon. More

I walked in by myself.. female.. not thinking I would walk out that same day with a new car, but I did!!! He gave me the best offer I could get for my used car... and I left with a 2015, Chrysler 200 lease deal that was amazing! I never felt pressured to get a car. Best new car buying experience ever! This was my first time buying a new car. Javier put my mind at ease and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns! Sonny was a huge help and was able to negotiate with the higher ups to get my payments exactly where I needed them! The finance part of everything was super quick and easy as well. I walked out of the dealership with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that came with a wrap around lifetime warranty!!!! Are you kidding me??!!! I thought such things were nonexistent!! It was a great experience and I am forever greatful! More
