Cameron was very detailed in explaining the vehicle and ratings. He was very thorough when answering questions, and extremely patient as we weighed the pricey decision of purchasing a new vehicle. He made a usually stressful situation into a pleasant one. When we decided on our vehicle and moved to the finance department, we worked with Fernando. Again, extremely thorough and kind. He was able to answer all our questions easily and give us the best advice on extra options. We will definitely purchase future vehicles at Carl Burgers and will send all our friends and family. Even though I had a control number which limited his profit on my new truck, he still took the time to find the 2015 vehicles we wanted at other dealerships and referred us to them directly. Turns out we decided on one of the vehicles he had on the lot! We were referred to Cameron by a close friend who I see frequently at the rodeos we both have attended for the last 20 years. this friend has a 2013 3500 Longhorn which we drove before coming to Carl burger. Before I went to Carl Burger, I visited the RAM dealership in Escondido and never got a call back from them even after I left my information. I also called and left the sales rep a voicemail which he never returned. I believe his name was Chris. The first sales person at that dealership that talked to me was a gal who knew very little about the trucks I was interested in. Cameron was much more knowledgeable than any other rep I spoke to while searching for my truck. I probably spoke to 3 other dealerships, some out of state. More

Great deal and excellent customer service!! I went in to purchase a new 2015 Ram Laramie 1500. I was a hard xxx about the price I was willing to pay (because I had a set amount I qualified for) I went in to purchase a new 2015 Ram Laramie 1500. I was a hard xxx about the price I was willing to pay (because I had a set amount I qualified for) and Abelardo Jerez and David Flores did the best they could! I shopped around and nobody would match their deal. Normally dealers love to take someone else's business once a set offer is on the table, but this one was truly amazing! When I came back a few days later to complete the deal, Christian Rincon helped finish out the deal, picking up where I had left off (not making me try to renegotiate the deal all over again even though David and Abelardo were off of work that day). I went to financing next where Fernando Vidana helped make sense of the odd way my financer (family member who is very difficult to deal with in these situations) wanted to have everything documented. Even after the deal was done, Fernando Guzman walked me through all of the new features of my new Ram. He was absolutely helpful and an asset to the dealership in my opinion. Thanks again for everything! My experience was great and I purchase cars about every two years, so I have plenty of experience at different dealerships. I will definitely return here for my next purchase and would highly recommend them to anyone looking! More
