Then was BLOWN AWAY at the horrible service I received after that point. Showed up for an oil change and new tires, was told it would be an hour and a half, and so far have been here for over 4 hours with no end in sight. I was just quoted another 30 minutes minimum, but no guarantee. I was told I’m be given a discount because I’ve had a ‘long wait’.. uhhh ya think?! So irritated!! I’ve never received service like this at any Subaru dealership before!!!! Ever!!!
