Did not know tires problem was not part of bumper to bumper warranty. But service manager made sure I only paid for tge parts. I set up the appointment but after I was checked in it took two hours for t bumper warranty. But service manager made sure I only paid for tge parts. I set up the appointment but after I was checked in it took two hours for the tire diagnosis and fix. While I was waiting I see one employee was in the bay area and working on a motorcycle which I feel takes away some resources and added to the reason why services takes too long. More
