Positive experience with test drive and at location. Good interest rate and happy with car. All employees were friendly, but I returned to dealer to pick up car after inspection and new tires- despite having interest rate and happy with car. All employees were friendly, but I returned to dealer to pick up car after inspection and new tires- despite having An appointment time, waited over 4 hours to get it. I was offered a loaner vehicle to “go to the mall” while I waited… received $100 check for the long wait, though doesn’t really cover a 4 hour block of time on my day off. More

My experience with the dealership is positive. Favio was extremely helpful when I walked in initially. When I returned for my purchase I did not feel pressured.
