I came to Cityside Subaru with the hopes of finding a reliable vehicle that would keep me safe, was affordable, and would last me several years. I commute a lot for work and was already several thousand above the miles for my existing lease. Flavio approached me kindly when I walked in and gave me all the support I needed to make the right choices. He was kind, understanding, and never pushed me to make a decision. As I said earlier, I've only ever had negative experiences with car dealerships and was quite hesitant coming into this process. I again worked with Flavio, and the process was quick and easy. Flavio is a very professional salesperson, and did not put undue pressure on me when I was not ready to purchase the first week. They had to do a couple small repairs, but it was ready to pick up within about a week of purchase. So far, I’m happy with my choice and grateful for the process being as painless as possible. More

I am so happy with the decision I made because the new Outback is so much fun to drive and packed with many advanced features! Because we had a great experience with Flavio last time so it's no brainer for us to go back to him this time! He is a very knowledgeable produce specialist with great kindness and patient. When I told him the specific model we wanted to test drive with, he then found it, introduced us the features of the car, let my wife and I got in the car, close the door for us and then just let me drive the car without him! He said just drive, enjoy the car and come back when you done! He is not pushy and won't give us any pressure to buy the car. We really enjoyed our "just-the-two-of-us" test drive because we felt we were free to drive around and openly talk about the pros and cons of the car. When we drove back to the dealer he politely greeted us and helped us and got us a good deal for the car. The overall experience was just great. Highly recommend Flavio to you! More
