I had nothing to worry about at Cityside Subaru, as I was able to do everything in advance over email with Rob, and have the exact color and options I had researched online for my new Forester. I had shopped around and he was able to get me the best price. When I went to pick up my car, all I had to do is fill out paperwork with Michael which was painless and I have to say almost fun. He explained everything clearly and it was a quick process. Flavio Fonseca was wonderful, communicating through the whole process and explaining all the features of my new Forester. I was so excited about getting the car and Flavio took pictures of me with my car--I feel he was almost as excited as I was to get me in my perfect car. I expect my Forester to last many years with service from Cityside! More

Talked up on different car Favio was the salesperson that I worked with and he was very accommodating when I requested that all negotiation was in terms of out the door cost and Favio was the salesperson that I worked with and he was very accommodating when I requested that all negotiation was in terms of out the door cost and helped me fill several blank papers with sums as we worked through the process. That said I was initially told that a car with just the features I wanted wasn't available in the northeast, so got talked into a car with more features, which was more expensive. Then we talked up the price a bit based on the higher sticker price, then we found out that car was actually sold (was at a different dealership). Then magically a car with just the features I wanted and no more was found on an incoming shipment, but I had already admitted to being willing to pay X, which weakened my ability to talk back down again. In the end I feel like I do feel like I got a reasonable deal, but the path there meant that I probably paid a bit more than I would have otherwise, and more than I had wanted to when I walked in. More

We were referred to Cityside Subaru in Belmont by a professional associate when we mentioned we were in the market for a new family car to replace our We were referred to Cityside Subaru in Belmont by a professional associate when we mentioned we were in the market for a new family car to replace our aging Mercedes-Benz wagon. Since we were tired of paying an arm and a leg for luxury car parts and service, we considered a more economical alternative--a brand new Subaru Forester seemed like the right fit for us. My father had purchased one earlier this year and we had already had chance to drive it, so we didn't need much coaxing in that direction. Our sales person, Flavio da Fonseca, greeted us warmly when we arrived. He very carefully walked us through the steps: choosing a model and trim, test drive, valuing our trade-in, pricing and financing options. In less than an hour, we had come to a deal on a 2015 Forester within our budget. We would definitely recommend going to Cityside Subaru and purchasing a car from Flavio! More
