We were allowed to browse the lot on our own, without being hassled, for as long as we wished. When we desired to speak with a representative there was no wait, Flavio was there to introduce himself. We continued to correspond with Flavio over a series of visits as we considered various Subaru models as well as other makes. Flavio set us off on test drives of all of the relevant models and trims we expressed interest in, and was very knowledgeable about the features of each; he inspired confidence. Flavio was also extremely patient as we went through our buying process while always being cordial in his correspondence with us. We never felt pressured, nor did he try to up-sell us with features or models that didn't suit our stated needs. In the end, we are the happy owners of a new vehicle - exactly what we wanted - and we would gladly recommend Flavio and Cityside Subaru. I should also mention that Michael was a wiz with the paperwork, and clearly communicated with us as we completed the sales process. More

Flávio provided an appropriate car to test suggested a good route to experience the road conditions I wanted. I liked the car but was not ready to make the decision that day. He waited patiently as I did some research at home without calling me. I made an appointment about two weeks later to decide on the car and negotiate a deal. I was not interested in any car that was readily available and I was willing to wait for what I wanted. His prediction about the length of the wait very accurate. The exact car I wanted, model color and options was delivered after a short, informative and also low key meeting with the business/finance person, Mike. It was a great experience start to finish. Much easier than I expected I knew I wanted a 2014 Subaru Forester, but was dreading the whole process of buying a new car. Fortunately, my credit union had made arrangements wit I knew I wanted a 2014 Subaru Forester, but was dreading the whole process of buying a new car. Fortunately, my credit union had made arrangements with a specific Subaru dealership to guarantee the lowest possible price on new cars. Unfortunately, that dealership was at least an hour away, and I wanted a dealership closer to me. I took the offered price to Cityside Subaru and met with Flavio. Cityside honored the price that had been quoted to me with absolutely no hassle, and Flavio went over all the options with me in detail. He was easy to deal with and very responsive to emails and phone calls. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I am very pleased with the car, and would certainly buy from Cityside Subaru again -- though I intend to keep this car for a long time! More
