I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Francesca. She was outstanding from the start. I reached out about the vehicle before it had even gone through reconditioning. She tracked it down on the lot, sent me video of the inside and out. She looped me in on the work needed and the turnaround time. She got back to me with a video on the post-reconditioning work. We setup a test drive and the route she suggested was great; Got to test both city driving and countryside driving. Gave me a feel for acceleration and how the thing rode in both environments.
