Up to this point, all my cars had been new purchases. He showed me several different vehicles and paid close attention to what I was really after in a car,( ie. low mileage, 1 previous owner, list of required features.) He showed me a great car and after the test drive, there was no question. I appreciate all the help and communication that took place with everyone I met at Acura Columbus. The purchase experience of the unit was overall an enjoyable one as Francesco along with Brian Milliser kept it light and fun. Disappointing part of the new purchase was when we drove home that evening at 10:30 (101 miles in the dark of course), I noticed the RDX had no taillights which required I return to the dealership at 7:15 the next morning for repairs, which the problem turned out to be a missing fuse.?.?.? With regards to my service experience to repair this issue; I couldn't be more please or satisfied as Jim Cruishank handled the issue with the utmost concern for the gravity of the issue and quickly got me in a loaner car and on my return at 10am he had the RDX refueled and ready for the road, to that, many thanks Jim! In closing; my wife and I have purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and can honestly say this purchasing experience at Acura of Columbus was overall very pleasant and enjoyable, thank you Francesco, Brian, Ian, Clayton and Jim for making it that way. More
