Great experience! Francesco was friendly, nice, helpful and very professional. He took his time to show us all of the different options we could choose from, even offe Francesco was friendly, nice, helpful and very professional. He took his time to show us all of the different options we could choose from, even offering to order exactly what we were looking for. Then he had the different RDXs brought to the main lot so that I could get a good look (in person) of the different options. Ian was very friendly as well, when running through the financing. After all was said and done Francesco sat with us (after the store was closed!) and patiently went through all of the options that the car had with me and my husband. Great shopping (and buying) experience!! More

Brian, the finance manager, was very thorough in explaining the difference between leasing and buying pointing out the best of both options.
