I recently brought my car in, and the level of service she provided was next-level. We’ve all dealt with the typical "bring the car in and wait for hours with no news" routine, but Francine completely flipped the script. Here’s why she’s the best: • Constant Updates: She stayed in touch the entire time. I never had to chase her down for a status report. • Total Attentiveness: She actually listened to my concerns and didn't try to rush me through the process. • Detailed Follow-up: Even after I picked up my car, she made sure everything was 100% to my satisfaction. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and knows her stuff. She made the whole experience seamless, professional, and—honestly—stress-free. BMW is lucky to have her! More
