I have worked with Franco at Ganley for many years! He sold me the first car I bought myself, which was a 2 year old escape, and it worked out perfectly! When I decided early 2021 to order a new Bronc He sold me the first car I bought myself, which was a 2 year old escape, and it worked out perfectly! When I decided early 2021 to order a new Bronco he walked me thru step by step. He even handled me gracefully when I panicked that it was never going to come. I loved being able to text him every step of the way as my Bronco was built, and I do believe he was as excited for delivery day as I was! I don't know what he did, but I believe I had one of the first full sized Broncos in NE Ohio. I've never "built' a car before and he was able to answer any question I had. I will be a ford girl for life and buy from Franco until he retires! More

The dealership was really nice and outspoken. He was upfront about anything that had to do with me and my husband purchasing a vehicle there. They had it very clean In the building.
