Everything is fine and almost every one is nice friendly , except the one person at the front desk who was probably having a bad day or whatever his problem had a real attitude. Is the front desk supposed to be the most friendly face for a service entity like a Mercedes Benz dealership? You obviously put the wrong person in that position. I mentioned it to my service specialist Frank Amardo who is always so nice and professional. Maybe I have been used to this good service for almost 30 years at this dealership, I was stunned and didn’t know what to say to that front desk guy. My suggestion is that you definitely need to find a better person to attend the front desk. More
