I don't like the attitude of the Frank, he was behaving like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when like I was there to service my car free of cost, no welcome, no greeting. He gave me one quote at the beginning which I signed. But at the last when I need to pay he increase price. When I ask why you are charging more he told me my car need more oil. Why this Gentleman did not know my Cars Model? Of course he suppose to know. After that he gave me very bad attitude. When I was leaving I just have to say bye to my friend who also came for service it took only 30sec. I told him hold on, but he gave key to my wife and disappear without saying anything. this is I was not expecting, I was with my wife I felt very bad. Car service video was good and service technician Robert's video was vey polite with greetings. More

The service representative who I met with the day I arrived to drop off my car was nice. The people I spoke to on the phone to confirm my appointment and loaner car the day before were a nightmare. Left a voicemail in the morning, no call back, one dropped call and another promised call back by a seperate representative, no call while waiting forever on hold at the end of the day. Not the usual 5 star service - had to wait for service person when I arrived. The service department sent me a video when the car was ready which was new and cool. When I arrived at MB I was informed ther person when I arrived. The service department sent me a video when the car was ready which was new and cool. When I arrived at MB I was informed there was a 3% service charge if I paid with a credit card - not cool! I was told my car would be right out - 15 minutes later I went back to the check in desk and said my car was still not brought around- it finally came and I noticed a few marks that I hadn’t noticed before- I’ve always been impressed with Benzel Busch service - not this time More

We have taken our two luxury cars to get serviced at Benzel-Busch and we find it very irritating and unusual to pay the credit card fee on top of the service fee. It does not seem like something you pa Benzel-Busch and we find it very irritating and unusual to pay the credit card fee on top of the service fee. It does not seem like something you pay for at a luxury car dealership. Also, both cars were not cleaned and washed after the service, it either took too long or it was omitted. Makes us not want to work with the dealership going forward due to the business practices. More
