Treated like a person & not just a commission If you are looking for a great deal, visit Craig Hower at Faulkner Subaru. I cannot say "thank you" enough to Craig Hower for not giving up on us. 2015 was a rough & difficult year for my husband & me. We stumbled a lot & had huge obstacles placed squarely in our lives' path. Craig understood that sometimes good people have bad luck, but their intention to make good is still there. When we were let down & turned away by others, Craig went the extra mile (& then some!). He found us an unbelievable car that completely exceeded our expectations. 2016 is looking up for us! Thank you, Craig! More

Knowledgeable Salesmen, Friendly Staff, Very helpful Unlike most, I had 2 Salesmen. Scott Flaherty sat with us and helped us decide what vehicle would best suit our family needs. He showed us several v Unlike most, I had 2 Salesmen. Scott Flaherty sat with us and helped us decide what vehicle would best suit our family needs. He showed us several vehicles, had us test drive whichever one(s) we wanted. He had a lot of patience and didn't rush me even when he had to keep running out in the bitter cold. I made my choice and scheduled a purchase/pick-up date for later that week. Unfortunetly Scott was sick on my pickup day so he arranged to have Jared Neff handle the delivery for him. Jared, like Scott, was very knowledgeable and went over everything to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and familiar with all the features. If I had was to purchase another vehicle I would be hard pressed to choose which of the two I would have as my 'Salesman" Frank Bernhard handled the paperwork end of the purchase. He too was very good at what he does and unlike others whom I have purchased a vehicle from, he made sure I knew exactly what I was signing. He did not just shove papers at me saying 'sign here'. During our 'wait' time we were approached by several other employees asking if we needed help or something to drink. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was very friendly. More
