I live in the New Tripoli area and could have leased my Subaru closer to home...I’m happy I didn’t. I most recently dealt with Morgan who should be commended. I like my new Outback and am just as pleased with the dealership. Not much else I can say. More

Watch out for bad finance deal! Watch out for the interest rate game! I made the mistake of not doing my research on car loan rates because I knew my credit score was pretty good. Wh Watch out for the interest rate game! I made the mistake of not doing my research on car loan rates because I knew my credit score was pretty good. What a mistake! I was focused on negotiating the price of the car and hadn't prepared for the shady finance deal. They gave me a decent price on the car and made a huge profit on a high interest rate. When you go back in the room to talk about credit scores and interest rate, he will tell you that each credit scoring check is different and explain why it's lower than you think it should be. Then he shows you the rate and will tell you that they've compared it to others. My mistake that they didn't have to pick the lowest rate. After I signed the papers I went home and looked into finance rates (again, I shouldn't have been so niave). Wow! I got totally screwed! Im not stuck with paying over $1200 than I should have in interest! I'm sharing this for others to be much more prepared and learn from my angering mistake: Look into interest rates on your own and DO NOT trust their finance guy at the dealer. Oh, and make sure to hold your ground and say no! to the push for having extra coverage (he'll be especially pushy and give an impressive guilt trip on the "GAP" coverage). Even gave an example that his wife totaled the same car you're purchasing and it was lucky she had the GAP coverage. More

"Superb Experience" Let me start by saying how intimidated I felt about the process of buying a new vehicle. My worries disappeared as soon as I met Shawna and knew that Let me start by saying how intimidated I felt about the process of buying a new vehicle. My worries disappeared as soon as I met Shawna and knew that i was being helped by very pleasant and knowledgeable person. Shawna went far and beyond to get me a great deal and even went out of her way to pick me up. We had set a time to meet but I wasn't able to make do to my old vehicle breaking down on my way to the dealer. Do to this dilemma I didn't have a way to get there the next day, but no worries Shawna came to the rescue. She picked me up on her way to work. It doesn't stop there, Matt was also very pleasant and went into every single detail about my new vehicle before driving it off the lot. Sincerely I'am very thankful to every single staff member that I crossed paths with it is a unique thing to find good costumer service nowadays. Also, sorry if i didn't mention everyone in detail but it would just be to long. My best recommendation is for whoever is looking for a vehicle to definitely stop by Faulkner to experience the best car buying experience that I've had. More
