I was told when I scheduled my appointment for routine service maintenance that it would take one hour. I arrived at the appointed time and was met by Frank Caporicci. He immediately wrote up and had me service maintenance that it would take one hour. I arrived at the appointed time and was met by Frank Caporicci. He immediately wrote up and had me sign the service agreement. I went to the waiting room, and exactly one hour later, Frank came to the waiting room, handed me my keys (with a newly-installed battery), and walked me to my car which was parked outside. They had done exactly what they promised in the timeframe they had estimated. I highly recommend Crown Mercedes and Frank Caporicci. Excellent service! More

After a slow start to be acknowledged to get service-Frank steped up and got my oil service going. Service was pretty slow seeing I was the only person waiting for oil only-express says in about service-Frank steped up and got my oil service going. Service was pretty slow seeing I was the only person waiting for oil only-express says in about an hour or less - I waited 2 hours for oil only after having work done on car here 2 weeks prior. Luckily I did not need a rental or I would have had to get a loan-I was not reimbursed for the loaner when Crown Mercedes took 2 weeks due to the pandemic? to do work. I still stay loyal and I'm still waiting for the same! More

BAD windshield replacement experience From start to finish, yes, you have 100% glass coverage, we just need you to "prepay your windshield here at Crown since we have to order one." ? Then faulty installation, no return phone calls...too much, $2800, plus. Then agreed to $500 credit, but then disputed with incomplete written response by Crown to my c.c. company, pushing the $500 charge through after the fact. Sad, keep the $500....I got plenty of time to express my dissatisfaction, online and to everyone I know, still driving a Mercedes Benz. More

AWESOME SERVICE Called Patrick McFarland, my Service Advisor at Crown, and ask about Diamond Finish for my CLK-350 since I had a new front bumper and left rear fende Called Patrick McFarland, my Service Advisor at Crown, and ask about Diamond Finish for my CLK-350 since I had a new front bumper and left rear fender redone and had the Resist All Finish put on my car when I purchased it new. He arranged for the service to be done to the entire car inside and out and I was absolutely astonished that my car looked like brand new when I picked it up about four hours later. Pat is always friendly, in a great mood and gets the necessary work done when needed. He is the "BEST" at Crown Eurocars! More

I brought my car i for a check engine light. I paid over $1,300 to have it fixed. The next morning my car was turned on, the check engine light came on again. I brought my car back to the dealership and w $1,300 to have it fixed. The next morning my car was turned on, the check engine light came on again. I brought my car back to the dealership and was told that a new problem surfaced. This was hard to believe considering the fact that my car had not been driven since the repair. When After expressing my concern, my car was repaired again which caused me to pay another $670.56 for the repair. Two weeks later, my check engine light came on again. I called and left several messages for the service manager, Frank, but he did not return any of my calls. The lack of response made me feel as though the dealership knowingly failed to resolve the issue even though they collected my money. It also made me feel dismissed and like I was an unvalued customer. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a Mercedes dealership! More
