Very professional and streamlined buying experience. Awful on follow-ups. I called and texted about the failed AC compressor on my brand new F250 that I JUST bought from them and all I get is crickets. Awful on follow-ups. Had to find out from another dealership that the part is on National backorder and now I’m stuck with a brand new truck that’s blowing hot air, unhelpful dealership, and a warranty that isn’t worth the later it’s written on. Anthony was knowledgeable and professional and we made a deal that was fair for both sides. He went way out of his way on Saturday to drive to my home to get a check. 2 + hours round trip.
