Used Fritts because they didn't mark up my 2024 Maverick like my local dealer was going to do. Everyone was helpful and friendly through the whole ordering process. I hated having to buy a new car because of all the games other dealers played with me in the past, I would spend hours at some dealerships only to get mad and leave.. Last night I purchased a new F150 from other dealers played with me in the past, I would spend hours at some dealerships only to get mad and leave.. Last night I purchased a new F150 from Frank Castellon, and it was a great experience. He was very polite to my wife and I, he showed us the truck, we went for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable and told us all about it and answered all my questions. When it came time to sit down and negotiate a price, I feel he bent over backwards to get me the best deal he could. We are so happy with our new truck and the deal Frank got for us.
