Steve Denson is that "Go to Guy" who WILL take care of you. 4 years ago I was looking to replace a 2014 Tacoma with a 2016 4Runner TRD Pro. Hamer Toyota had the exact model and color I was set on. Through a bus 4 years ago I was looking to replace a 2014 Tacoma with a 2016 4Runner TRD Pro. Hamer Toyota had the exact model and color I was set on. Through a business contact, I was able to be referred directly to Mr. Steve Denson. TRD Pro's were at the time (and even more so today) in extremely high demand, commanding high prices on the market. Honestly, I just let Steve know then from one guy to another "Hey I would love to be able to own this truck, I know it will sell either way, but $___ is where I'd like my monthly payments to be, and $___ is what I'd like to purchase a truck for, what can we do?" From that moment we worked together for those two numbers to make sense for both the dealership and me. There was no point where I felt I was being hustled, swindled, or sold. It was just good old fashioned honest business. As I write this 4 years later, it was now time to purchase the truck from lease end, and once again Steve came full circle with the same exceptional service. We went over payment options, and now I bought that 4Runner TRD Pro, with monthly payments that I like, and a great coverage plan. Please do not waste this man's time if you are looking to go back and forth, haggle like its a swap meet, and feel the need to make someone "check with the manager" a few times before making a decision. What you need to do is ask for Mr. Denson if you are serious about getting into a Toyota, and looking to work with a professional that understands taking care of you will automatically take care of all business. Amazing experience Steve was phenomenal. I had called ahead to let him know that I wanted the Camry LE 2019. He had it prepared, I came in, did a test drive, and within Steve was phenomenal. Steve for the win! Let me start by saying I was at another dealership looking around for a new lease and had a horrific experience. The kind that you see in movies and hear from your coworkers. She started at some ridiculous price then after two trips of her “talking to her manager” she was able to get to the price that was advertised online. My wife and I then frantically started calling friends and family and asking for a referral of someone trustworthy and good at his or her job.... Cut to us meeting Steve at Hamer Toyota. Folks, there is a reason he had been doing this 27 years, and it isn’t because of him “needing to talk to his manager” or any other sleezy sales tactics. We stated what we wanted and after Steve showed us the car he told us that he would get us the best price he could do. He walked us through the breakdown step by step and got us the car for less than I had originally anticipated. I can’t reiterate this enough...Go See Steve! I’m truly thankful for his help with our new car. More
